Must Have
valid DZ driver's license with cleaning driving abstract and CVOR, minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a tow truck driver or in a similar role, customer service and interpersonal skills, able to operate and maneuver a tow truck safely in various road and weather conditions
Nice to Have
valid towing certificate
What You'll Do.
Safely transporting customers' vehicles from point of pick up to the branch
Maintaining accurate records of towing assignments
including vehicle information
pick-up and drop-off locations
and any special instructions
Conducting pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the tow truck and equipment to ensure safe operation
Performing labouring tasks that may including depollution
Communicating effectively with dispatchers
supervisors and customers to coordinate towing activities
Providing our customers with excellent customer service!
