Export Control Requirement: Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum. This role is for a highly dynamic and motivated individual that will work with manufacturing engineers to construct instructions and processes for technicians performing test operations. The Test Engineer will support both development and production testing of satellites, and their subsystems. The focus for this role will be in dynamics testing - both vibration table and acoustics. You will work with the designers, systems engineers and analysts to construct detailed work instructions for technicians performing environmental test operations. This role will be responsible for supporting the test team to ensure that tests are conducted in compliance with industry standards as well as internal work instructions. This includes reviewing post-test data, and performing root cause corrective actions for any failures. This position will have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams to lead process and lab improvement projects.
