What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Around 3 years proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Functional Consultant or similar role, understanding of D365 F&O modules and their underlying business processes, ideally across: Production Control, Warehouse Management, Master Planning, Inventory Management/Quality Control, Hands-on experience in requirements gathering, solution configuration, UAT coordination, and training delivery, Ability to produce clear, detailed functional specifications and process documentation, Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams
Nice to Have
Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) for extending D365 F&O capabilities, Experience with Azure DevOps for backlog management, sprint planning, testing, and collaboration, Exposure to integration scenarios between D365 F&O and other business applications, Familiarity with the Microsoft Power Platform and Azure DevOps
What You'll Do.

Configure D365 F&O modules to support production control

Work closely with developers and architects to ensure solutions are aligned with business objectives and best practices
Support the integration of Microsoft Power Platform components (Power Apps
Dataverse) where applicable
Define and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios with stakeholders
Validate test results
ensuring deliverables meet business expectations and quality standards
Assist in defect management and retesting processes via Azure DevOps or equivalent tools
Conduct end-user training sessions to facilitate smooth adoption of new solutions
comprehensive system documentation
including process flows
Provide post-implementation support to ensure successful solution adoption
Act as a key liaison between business teams
and external vendors/partners
Participate in project planning
and backlog refinement using Azure DevOps
