What They're Looking For.
Must Have
8 + years of relevant experience in Dynamics 365 Finance (or AX), including a track record of leading full lifecycle ERP programmes end-to-end, Demonstrated experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and complex delivery — including budgets, timelines, and senior stakeholders up to C-level, Deep finance functional expertise across core modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, etc. ) and a clear point of view on how finance should run in a modern, AI-enabled enterprise, fluency across the broader Microsoft Business Applications ecosystem — Dynamics 365, Power Platform, integrations, data migration tooling, and meaningful exposure to Copilot, AI agents, and Microsoft 's AI roadmap, Proven contribution to business development: proposals, client pursuits, and thought leadership, Excellent communication and executive you can hold the room with a CFO and the project team alike, Fluent in English, plus Dutch or French (both is a plus)
