What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience implementing Dynamics 365 Finance, Experience leading workstreams or smaller projects, Finance functional knowledge, Proven experience delivering full lifecycle ERP projects, Analytical skills, Ability to solve complex business challenges, Working knowledge of the broader Microsoft Business Applications ecosystem, Genuine interest in Copilot and AI agents in a finance context, Excellent communication, Ability to engage with C-level stakeholders and end-users, Documentation capabilities, Workshop capabilities, Presentation capabilities, A consultant's mindset: structured, curious, commercially aware, and able to turn ambiguity into clarity, Fluent in English, Dutch or French

As a Manager in our **Microsoft Business Applications (BizApps)** team, you'll take ownership of Dynamics 365 Finance transformation projects from design through go-live, guide a team of consultants, and play an active part in growing our BizApps practice in Belgium. You'll be a trusted advisor to finance leaders navigating their digital journey — and the leader your project team relies on day to day.
