ABOUT THE ROLE: Scarlet’s expert evaluators are an integral part of our ability to efficiently certify cutting-edge medical products. Today, we operate with an in-house team of assessors and auditors, supplemented by a network of deeply specialised, independent experts. As we scale, so will this network of independent experts, and the complexity of recruiting, qualifying, training, managing, and deploying them. This is a foundational hire. You will own the design and build-out of our freelancer operating system - the people processes, tooling, and frameworks that determine how we attract, onboard, develop, and deploy the experts at the heart of our certification work. You will also hire some of our first freelancers yourself. WHO YOU ARE: - Experience: 3+ years of experience, ideally in start-up environments where you built out operating processes from 0-1. - EQ: You are a skilled relationship builder and reader of people. You will be expected to exercise strong judgment and build an intuitive understanding of what excellence and cultural fit look like.
