Are you a senior D365 Engagement Manager with a track record of success delivering Dynamics or ERP implementations? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment?  We are seeking a dynamic and client-centric Engagement Manager to lead the successful delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) and Customer Engagement (CE) implementations. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for owning the end-to-end customer relationship, managing scope, ensuring solution delivery excellence, and aligning business value with client priorities. You will serve as the trusted advisor and primary point of contact for key stakeholders, overseeing all aspects of project delivery and client satisfaction across ERP and CRM workstreams. ## A Day in the Life Developing detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports, conducting risk analysis and monitoring the progress of plans against project milestones and budgets Connect and guide the project team to minimize turn and down time Analyzing and documenting requirements by liaising with a range of users in the organization Leverage expertise to support the go love dates identified for the project Support a team of the Dynamics team, Business Units, and vendors to deliver
