Must Have
5-7 years' experience in service, hospitality, airline, or retail, Supervisory role in a shift environment, Demonstrable knowledge of frontline service delivery, Outstanding communication skills, Supervisory skills

Degree level education desirable, Relevant industry experience, Relevant knowledge of aviation, travel industry and/or airport policies
