Clear C-mail / Government agencies mail to proper
Ensure accident or crises management is addressed immediately
Provide management advice for Front Office for escalated
Take rounds of front office
Ensure security muster
deployment and acknowledge on register
Update security assignment manager on client’s/VIP visits
Discuss security related issues with security assignment manager
Ensure security staff adheres to GAP norms
Assist facility manager and security Manager on vendor
Manage overall key room
Ensure weekly training is imparted
Ensure VMT tool is up and run all
Update registers/tools for material movements
Implement EHS practices in security premises
Update new assets in asset tracker
Ensure housekeeping muster
deployment and acknowledge on register
Update housekeeping in-charge on client’s/VIP visits
Discuss housekeeping related issues with housekeeping duty manager
