Provide management advice on Helpdesk/Mailroom

Ensure immediate response to priority calls

Ensure accident or crises management is addressed

Clear C-mail / Government agencies mail

Provide management advice for Front Office

Take rounds of front office

Attend shift briefing

Ensure Security muster

Update security in-charge on client/VIP visits

Discuss security related issues

Ensure security staff adheres to GAP norms

Assist facility manager on vendor performance

Ensure weekly training is imparted

Answer employee queries on phone and mails

Implement all process/ procedures on ground

Ensure housekeeping muster

Update housekeeping in-charge on client/VIP visits

Discuss housekeeping related issues

Conduct facility walk through for housekeeping

Assist facility manager on vendor performance

Close Siebel housekeeping calls

Ensure caterers maintain hygiene standards

Escalate food run out situation

Conduct random food samples test

Manage and supervise cafeteria quality

Ensure operating hours

Conduct quarterly traffic analysis

Ensure table & chairs are cleaned

Track vendor crockery

Conduct monthly random Kitchen audit

Escalate Facility Manager and client Lead

Ensure hygiene of cafeteria vendors

Ensure PPE are used by vendor staff

Ensure upkeep of breakout area

Enter communication in duty manager log book

Perform facility walk around

Adhere to client Policies

Processes & procedures

Assist Facility Manager in audits

Coordinate with engineering team for issues

Plan & train TPV staff

Update OLA in SMDRS tool

Coordinate VIP client visits

Conduct scheduled meeting and focus meets

Participate and manage half yearly fire drill

Conduct random audit for mailroom

Manage workplace stores

Understand and manage office services budget

Help and train new joiners

Ensure implementations and effectiveness of new initiatives

Manage site operations in absence of WM

Coordinate with transport and event team
