What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil/Marine Engineering or equivalent, 6-8 years experience in Facility Industry/Real Estate/Hotel/Construction

What You'll Do.
Manage daily operations at the site
Ensure technical services meet client requirements
Oversee electromechanical operations and maintenance
Develop/maintain asset maintenance and safety procedure manuals
Ensure attendance signoffs for cost sheet submission
Submit client approved cost sheets to JLL office
Follow up for invoices from JLL office
Submit invoices to client
Follow-up for payments from client
Oversee building systems including fire/life safety
Document assets under asset list/tracker
Document and check assets under defect liability period
and develop shift engineers and maintenance
Formulate budgeting controls
Monitor SLAs & KPIs for JLL and outsourced
Maintain service level agreements
Keep performance indicator scores above excellence
Ensure timely agreement renewal
Oversee vendor quotations and invoices
Manage Engineering operational accounts for buildings
Recommend/implement asset specific maintenance and safety procedures
Enforce compliance with procedures
Ensure planned preventive maintenance (PPM) is carried out
Suggest and implement improvements for preventive maintenance programs
Coordinate with contractors
Maintain service/repair contracts
Conduct risk/root-cause analysis for system failures
Create corrective/preventive action plans
Implement inventory control programs for parts purchase and
Assess building operations
Mitigate highlighted inherent risks
Conduct regular inspections of operating MEP equipment
Make necessary adjustments to MEP equipment
Manage controls as per requirements
Ensure compliance with applicable codes and regulations
Coordinate and maintain as-built drawings and transition documents

You will be accountable for ensuring that all technical services are as per client’s requirements. All electromechanical operations and their repair and maintenance will be in your purview. You would be managing the following: * Develops/maintains effective Asset specific maintenance and safety procedure manuals. * Ensuring proper signoffs for attendance and all the required details for cost sheet submission. * Ensuring timely submission of client approved cost sheet to JLL office and follow up for invoice from JLL office * Submitting the invoice to the client and following-up for payments. * * Overseeing all building systems including fire/life safety, MEP and all critical utilities. * Ensuring the documentation of assets under asset list/ tracker. * Ensuring the documentation and checking of the assets under defect liability period and AMC/CAMC in a tracker. * Be responsible for hiring, training and development of shift engineers and maintenance staff. * Formulating suitable budgeting controls and Monitoring SLA’s & KPI’s for JLL and outsourced agencies towards effective service deliverance. * Maintaining service level agreements and keeping performance indicator scores above excellence. * Ensuring timely renewal of the agreement, sub
