What You'll Do.
Manage and control critical spares
Coordinate R&M requirements
Follow up for assigned PO
Carry out engineering & operational procedures
Ensure proper functioning of systems
Liaise with vendors for maintenance
Ensure maintenance schedules are followed
Daily inspection of log books
Guide technical staff on issues
Adhere to maintenance schedule
Maintain consistency on SLA & KPI
Participate during emergency evacuation
Prepare and collate data
Ensure proper usage of e-fit tool
Ensure PM work orders are closed
Track and close builder related queries
Conduct M&E onboarding process
Ensure mandatory trainings are conducted
Coordinate execution of works
Conduct interview for new joiners
Ensure 100% usage of online tool
Proper handing & taking over tabs
Conduct central store audit
Coordinate with DM team
Coordinate VIP client visits
Ensure Seibel tickets are closed
Support for client audits
Ensure functionality of technology tools
Prepare and send engineering records
Update and maintain all records
Inspect critical areas maintained by builder
Daily co-ordination with the builder
Track and ensure builder activities
Follow up on builder invoices
Intimate on builder deviation

Workplace Duty Engineer **What this job involves** To achieve excellence in preventive maintenance programs at site with highest standards. Assist in providing comprehensive facility, contract and procurement management for technical services to Accenture. Achieve Key Performance Indicators and service level agreements targets **Responsibilities** **Financial Management** * To manage and control all critical spares for all installations as per manufacturer recommendations and inventory * Coordinate with AEM for collating all R&M requirements quarterly basis. * Follow up for assigned PO, work completion as per PO until invoice submission. **Operations Management** * To carry out all engineering & operational procedures * Ensure proper functioning of the following system in the facility * All Electrical Systems * All HVAC system * All PAC’s * Water, Plumbing, Sanitary Systems * Elevators/Lifts * Cafeteria equipment’s * To liaise with the vendors for maintenance/service practices of M&E contactors to deliver quality work practices in line with the manufacturer recommendations. * To ensure that all maintenance related schedules & shut down in consultations with OEM
