What They're Looking For.
Must Have
C2 level of Dutch and C1 level of English (written and spoken), BAS degree or equivalent practical experience, Proven ability to engage and qualify prospects through outbound prospecting and cold calling, Consistent success working toward quotas in a professional, phone‑based sales environment, Demonstrated experience in managing a large account portfolio and booking qualified meetings, Proficiency with Salesforce or other enterprise CRM systems, interpersonal skills, professionalism, and the ability to identify key decision‑makers, Resilient, goal-driven, self-motivated, and persistent in achieving objectives, Excellent communication skills with the ability to spark interest and convey value in a concise and compelling way
Nice to Have
Familiarity with digital advertising platforms (Pinterest Ads, Meta, Google Ads or similar)
What You'll Do.
Achieve quarterly targets and meet daily/weekly activity goals in terms of outreach volume and meetings booked
Manage assigned SMB accounts to identify high-potential advertisers and generate qualified meetings for the Partner Manager team
Execute daily outbound calls and emails
including cold outreach
to marketing decision-makers and business owners
quickly building rapport and assessing their advertising needs
Qualify prospects by identifying their business goals
and readiness to invest in digital advertising
Clearly communicate our Client's value proposition to prospective SMB clients
generating interest and curiosity ahead of the Partner Manager's pitch
Maintain accurate and up-to-date prospect information in Salesforce
Document customer insights and deal details in Salesforce to ensure clarity for all stakeholders
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaborate closely with Partner Managers to ensure a smooth and informed handover, sharing relevant insights about the prospect's needs and objectives

Excellent communication skills with the ability to spark interest and convey value in a concise and compelling way
