As a Reservations Agent, you will be responsible for helping Dutch-speaking customers book and manage their flight reservations while delivering exceptional customer service. ### Key Responsibilities * Assist Dutch-speaking customers with flight bookings, changes, and cancellations via phone, email, and chat. * Provide accurate and clear information about flight schedules, fares, and airline policies. * Ensure accurate processing of reservations and timely communication of confirmations. * Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide professional support to ensure a positive customer experience. * Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and flight bookings using airline reservation systems. * Collaborate with colleagues to uphold high standards of customer service and operational efficiency. **Requirements** * Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is an advantage. * Previous experience in airline reservations, customer service, or related fields is preferred. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach. * Familiarity with airline reservation systems and office software. * Ability to handle challenging situations calmly and efficiently. * Willingness to relocate to Athens with paid relocation support provided. * Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently as well as within a team. **Benefits** 1.
