Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representatives to become part of a premier Booking Travel Company. You will interact with a wide variety of customers, meeting their needs while ensuring their experiences surpass expectations. This role enables you to enhance your interpersonal skills, acquire important industry insights, and make a significant contribution to a company dedicated to crafting unforgettable travel experiences for each client. ### Key Responsibilities * Respond to customer inquiries related to travel bookings, accommodations, and itineraries via phone, email, and chat in Dutch. * Provide detailed information on travel packages, booking procedures, and policies. * Assist customers with changes, cancellations, and special requests effectively and professionally. * Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system. * Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless travel experiences for customers. * Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and company offerings to provide informed assistance. **Requirements** * Exceptional in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential. * A minimum English proficiency of B2 is required. * Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented approach. * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities. * Familiarity with CRM software and travel booking systems is a plus. **Benefits** * Competitive Monthly Salary * Fully Paid Relocation Package * Fully Paid Training * Health I
