Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking a Dutch Speaking Advisor to join an innovative Online Payment Platform team based in Sofia, Bulgaria. This position offers the unique opportunity to work in a cutting-edge fintech environment, providing expert guidance and support to Dutch-speaking clients. As an Advisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring customers have a seamless experience when using our payment solutions. ### Key Responsibilities * Assist Dutch-speaking clients with inquiries related to the online payment platform, including account setup, transactions, and troubleshooting. * Provide clear explanations and advice regarding platform features, compliance, and security protocols. * Identify, analyze, and resolve customer issues efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction. * Document client interactions accurately in CRM systems, maintaining detailed records. * Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex cases. * Stay informed about product updates, industry trends, and regulatory changes affecting online payments. **Requirements** * Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage. * Previous experience in customer advisory roles, preferably within fintech or online payment platforms. * Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence. * Ability to understand and explain technical and financial concepts clearly. * Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills. * Proficient in CRM software and common office applications. * Willingness to relocate to Sofia and adapt to a fast-paced, innovative work environment. **Benefits** 1.
