This role is ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills who are passionate about assisting customers in the digital payment space. As an Advisor, you will provide expert guidance and support to Dutch-speaking users, ensuring they have a seamless and secure payment experience. ### Key Responsibilities * Respond to customer inquiries in Dutch related to online payment services, transactions, and account management. * Provide clear explanations and assistance regarding platform features, security protocols, and troubleshooting. * Document interactions with customers accurately using CRM software. * Collaborate with technical and operational teams to resolve complex issues efficiently. * Stay updated on the latest product updates, industry trends, and regulatory requirements. * Contribute to improving customer satisfaction and loyalty through professional and empathetic support. **Requirements** * Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage. * Previous experience in customer service or advisory roles in fintech or online payment platforms is preferred. * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. * Familiarity with CRM systems and digital payment technologies. * Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria and adapt to a new cultural environment. **Benefits** 1.
