4–6+ years professional kitchen experience required, Demonstrated ability to handle high‑volume service with accuracy, understanding of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen best practices, Hawaii Food Handler’s Card / ServSafe (within 3 months), Tuberculosis Clearance
