What You'll Do.
Lead and manage client-initiated due diligence projects
Ensure seamless coordination
Foster positive relationships with customers
Maintain open and transparent communication with customer
Develop deep understanding of product solutions
Maintain awareness of internal controls
Ensure responses are accurate
and comply with standards
Track action items to completion
Maintain thorough documentation of due diligence process
Coordinate with internal stakeholders
Assist with centralized database processes
Assist in continually updating due diligence content
Drive process improvement
Identify and implement automation opportunities
Leverage technology and analytics
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members
Foster a culture of continuous improvement
