PACT is an evidence-based model that provides comprehensive treatment, rehabilitation, and support to adults with severe and persistent mental illness. The ideal candidate will have experience developing and facilitating dual diagnosis groups, and possess strong knowledge of motivational interviewing, harm reduction strategies, twelve step programs, and detoxification resources. Proven experience in community-based work with adults facing co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders is essential. Responsibilities: Provide clinical and dual diagnosis services including individual and group therapy, relapse prevention planning, and substance use education, using evidence-based practices like motivational interviewing and harm reduction Support consumer empowerment and recovery by promoting autonomy, informed choice, community integration, and respectful, trauma-informed care that upholds dignity, cultural sensitivity, and human
