What They're Looking For.

Must Have

3–6+ years of experience in marketing operations, campaign execution, or project management, understanding of integrated marketing campaigns (digital, retail, eCommerce, etc. ), Experience working across multiple markets (UK/EU preferred), Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, Comfortable working cross-functionally with brand, creative, and performance teams, Data-driven mindset with experience in campaign tracking and reporting, communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have

Experience in consumer brands, eCommerce, beauty, fashion, or retail, Familiarity with GWP or promotional campaign execution, Experience working with global teams, especially US-based stakeholders

What You'll Do.

Own the execution of marketing initiatives across UK and EU markets

Ensure US-led integrated campaigns are successfully localized and deployed across regional markets

Lead the rollout of key marketing projects

and GWP (Gift With Purchase) activations

Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery of campaigns

Track campaign performance and contribute to reporting

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Partner closely with Brand teams to support local initiatives and market-specific activations; Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery of campaigns; Comfortable working cross-functionally with brand, creative, and performance teams; Work alongside the Media & Performance Lead to translate strategic direction into actionable execution plans; Experience working with global teams, especially US-based stakeholders
