What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Two to five (2–5) years of related experience in digital advertising or programmatic media buying, working knowledge of Amazon DSP platform including campaign setup, audience targeting, bid management, and performance reporting, Demonstrated understanding of full-funnel advertising principles and how DSP integrates with Sponsored Ads to drive awareness, consideration, and conversion, Proficiency in analyzing advertising metrics (ROAS, DPVR, ATCR, CPM, CTR) and translating data into strategic recommendations, Advanced communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate campaign strategy and performance to internal teams and clients, Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and client accounts simultaneously across different time zones, Comfortable working remotely and collaborating asynchronously with US-based reliable high-speed internet connection and appropriate home office setup required
Nice to Have
at least one (1) year of hands-on Amazon DSP experience, Experience working across diverse product categories for US-based e-commerce or Amazon Marketplace clients, data visualization or reporting familiarity with Amazon Attribution and Amazon Marketing Cloud, Amazon Advertising certification (DSP or equivalent) preferred or willingness to obtain certification within 90 days of hire
