Clean related equipment
Document accurate recordings
Perform start up procedures
Perform shut down procedures
Maintain proper moisture
Maintain proper quality
Monitor moisture hourly
Monitor scorched particles hourly
Enter test results log
Check dryer for build up
Inspect sifter screen
Clean condensed storage silos
Clean cream storage silos
Test CIP solution strengths
Log CIP solution strengths
Service pumps as needed
Service valves as needed
Aid in training personnel
Report damage immediately
Report irregular activity immediately
Report unsafe conditions immediately
Maintain clean work area

Operations include drying the product, cleaning the dryer and related equipment, and documenting accurate recordings of test results while in operation. Cleaning of the dryer includes hand cleaning parts, clean-in-place operations, and dry cleaning on a daily basis. _**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**_ • Know proper established start up and shut down procedures. • Maintain proper moisture and quality of product being produced. • Monitor moisture, fat, and scorched particles at least once per hour and enter in log sheet while operating. • Check inside of dryer for powder build up and react
