What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2-4 years delivery driver experience, Valid commercial driver's license, High School diploma or equivalent, Interpersonal and customer relationship management skills, Excellent decision-making and analytical abilities, Professional communication and organizational skills, Ability to work effectively as a collaborative team member, Knowledge of vehicle safety regulations, DOT compliance requirements, Physical capability to lift, carry, and handle warehouse materials, Forklift operation certification or willingness to obtain certification, Experience with warehouse operations, Experience with inventory management, Demonstrated commitment to safety, Zero Harm principles
Nice to Have
HVAC industry experience, Proficiency with Windows, Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, Experience with material handling equipment beyond forklifts, Knowledge of FIFO inventory management systems, Previous experience in a customer-facing delivery role
