In-role training at operating site, Training 50+ miles away, Travel accommodations booked and paid, Must be at least 21 years or older, Eligible to drive in accordance with DOT requirements, Lift up to 49 pounds, Stand and walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, Frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach, Work outside, Drive different motor vehicles over the road, Drive in accordance with DOT requirements, Participate in on-road processes on a regular basis, Operate and navigate a 26,000 pounds or less vehicle, Work 40 hours/week, Overtime as required, Travel to multiple sites within 50 miles of home station, Have reliable transportation, Gain DOT Regulation Qualification
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High school or equivalent, Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach, Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required, Valid and active driver's license, 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience, At least 21 years old, Must be able to obtain and maintain a Driver Qualification File, Must have experience delivering training to both individuals and groups
Nice to Have
Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree, Prior Amazon experience, Demonstrates problem solving and analytical skills, Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal) across various levels of an organization, History of meeting/exceeding departmental goals, Experience leading teams, Capable of providing direction to team members using independent judgment, Organization and time management skills, Experience delivering training both to individuals and groups, 2+ years of professional driving experience, Bachelor’s Degree or 2+ years Amazon experience, Knowledge of instructional theories, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, Proven ability to deal with ambiguity and competing priorities

Coordinate training related activities
Facilitate training related activities
Measure training related activities
Provide detailed understanding of processes
Provide timely and accurate reporting

Ensure content and experience complement procedures
Educate driver safety and compliance standards
Audit driver safety and compliance standards
Measure on-road quality
Identify re-training opportunities
Identify process improvement opportunities
Drive different motor vehicles
Drive in accordance with DOT requirements
Participate in on-road processes
Be a resource for driver training questions
Work as a peer trainer
Motivate Delivery Associates
Coach Delivery Associates
Provide feedback to Delivery Associates
Travel to multiple sites
Track performance for non-CDL driver training
Provide identified retraining opportunities
Provide process improvement opportunities
Effectively operate a GPS
