What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High school or equivalent, Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach, Work 40 hours/week, overtime as required, Valid and active driver's license, 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience, At least 21 years old, Must be able to obtain and maintain a Driver Qualification File, Must have experience delivering training to both individuals and groups
Nice to Have
Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree, prior Amazon experience, Demonstrates problem solving and analytical skills, Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal) across various levels of an organization, History of meeting/exceeding departmental goals, Experience leading teams, Capable of providing direction to team members using independent judgment, Organization and time management skills, Experience delivering training both to individuals and groups, 2+ years of professional driving experience, Bachelor’s Degree or 2+ years Amazon experience, Knowledge of instructional theories, adult learning, on the job learning, knowledge management theories, virtual and classroom instruction, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, Proven ability to deal with ambiguity and competing priorities

Coordinate training related activities
Facilitate training related activities
Measure training related activities
Understand processes for all drivers
Understand expectations for all drivers
Understand training requirements for all drivers
Provide timely reporting on training completion
Provide accurate reporting on compliance
Provide accurate reporting on safety
Provide accurate reporting on maintenance duties
Execute to the standard
Ensure content complements safety procedures
Ensure content complements quality procedures
Ensure content complements legal procedures
Educate driver safety standards
Educate driver compliance standards
Audit driver safety standards
Audit driver compliance standards
Conduct on road ride behinds
Measure on-road quality
Measure adherence to standards
Identify re-training opportunities
Identify process improvement opportunities
Drive different motor vehicles

Stay connected to the operation

Work as a peer trainer

Track performance for non-CDL driver training
Provide identified retraining for non-CDL driver training
Provide process improvement opportunities for non-CDL driver training
Effectively operate a GPS
