Full Job Description
**TS Trucking** is a top-tier transportation company with its own assets and nationwide presence across Mexico, providing the best logistics solutions. Over time, it has evolved into a steadily growing transportation provider. Currently, we are looking for a **Driver Support Coordinator II** to join our team in Nuevo Laredo. This position will work in a dynamic environmentm, greet drivers professionally, ensure drivers clearly understand their assignments and next steps, helping them with any questions or concerns. **Shift:** * 3:00 p.m a 11:00 p.m **Responsabilities:** * Review shift updates, clarify routes, load details, appointment times, and coordinate with the dispatch team to resolve questions or changes. * Print, verify, organize, and distribute load sheets and dispatch documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness before handing them to drivers. * Identify missing or incorrect paperwork, address driver issues, and escalate urgent, unresolved, safety, or compliance concerns promptly. * Log into required systems, ensure workstation functionality, verify internet and printer connectivity, and confirm availability of documents and supplies. * Communicate and coordinate effectively with internal teams to share updates on delays, changes, or operational issues. * Track repeated driver concerns, document outstanding issues, and report major or recurring problems to the on-shift Team Lead or Manager. * Ensure smooth transitions between shifts by handing over pending issues and clearly logging unresolved driver concerns. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, or related fields. * Previous experience in dispatch, logistics, transportation, or drive support preferred. * Knowledge of Department of Transportation (DOT) rules and regulations preferred. * Good command of MS Office (Excel and Word) with an ability to quickly learn new software * Freshers with excellent verbal and written communication * Fluent English * Ability to manage high-stress situations c
