Full Job Description
## What you’ll do Grow Lalamove offline presence on the street by keep increasing the number of Lalamove sticker drivers and Lalabag in Jabodetabek Area Manage all offline presence operations activity consist of acquisition and retention of the Lalamove Sticker Drivers. Maintain driver communication initiatives (phone calls, WA, and in-app notifications) in relation to inviting drivers to come to hubs, also educating drivers about sticker SOP. Monitor the operations of 3 Hubs and Call Ops team in Jakarta Directly managed 2 associates + 4 call agents + 4 sticker installers support Grow and maintain 3rd party hubs/vendors in Jabodetabek area In charge of the offline presence inventory (stock availability for sticker & Lalabag, weekly stock inventory) and distributions Reporting to Offline Presence Lead ## What we seek Good communication and interpersonal skills Able to meet the target set by the company Strong leadership and team management skills Attention to detail Generalist and fast learner ## What you'll need Technical Skills and Data Handling: Basic spreadsheet proficiency (Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets) Graduated from a reputable university.
