Full Job Description
## What you’ll do Driver Verification & Identity Assurance Review and process facial recognition data and documentation for existing drivers on the platform. Cross-verify biometric data against registered driver profiles to prevent account sharing, identity fraud, and unauthorized platform usage. Escalation Management Investigate and resolve high priority driver identity mismatches or system flags. Assist relevant departments on escalations related to driver compliance and platform safety. Operational Support Identify patterns of misuse or system glitches in the facial recognition flow and report to relevant departments. Execute ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the Team Lead to improve overall platform safety. ## What we seek Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and efficiently Technology savvy Availability to work 5 days a week ## What you’ll need Diploma or higher in any field is preferred but not mandatory Experience in the logistics or transportation industry is advantageous
