Full Job Description

We are seeking a driver to join our team in Timaru. In this role, you’ll operate a variety of trucks. A Class 4 licence is preferred, but we welcome applications from experienced Class 2 drivers ready to step up. If you’re a team player with a strong work ethic and flexibility to support customer needs, we’d love to hear from you. We offer guaranteed hours and stable employment in a vital local service. As an Operator, you’ll be responsible for driving a range of vehicles equipped with the latest onboard technology to ensure safe and timely collections across Timaru and surrounding areas. You’ll complete accurate logbook entries and digital vehicle safety checks while maintaining high standards of health and safety. Operations may include Frontload, skip and rear-load trucks, so a good level of physical fitness is important. You’ll also play an active role in supporting our strong safety culture and teamwork values. ## Qualifications You are customer-focused, reliable, and adaptable.
