Manage daily activity of driver personnel
Communicate ETAs with load planners
Assign work to drivers
Direct daily activities of drivers
Provide drivers with guidance on complying with statutes
Ensure drivers are safe
Ensure drivers are productive
Ensure drivers deliver on-time
Assist drivers with over the road issues
Assist drivers with keeping documents up to date
