What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with heavy vehicle endorsement, current UAE driving license ( Category 4 & 6), Clean driving record with no major traffic violations or accidents, Comprehensive knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures, ability to perform routine inspections, familiarity with safety regulations, traffic laws, UAE-specific driving requirements, Physical fitness and stamina to handle the demands of the role, ability to lift and secure heavy materials and equipment, organizational and time management skills, meticulous attention to detail, Proficiency in defensive driving techniques, knowledge of cargo securing and load management, Reliability, punctuality, demonstrated commitment to safety and professional conduct, Problem-solving abilities, resilience in managing challenging situations and roadside emergencies, Ability to operate GPS navigation systems, digital logbook management tools, Mechanical troubleshooting skills, basic understanding of vehicle diagnostics
Nice to Have
Experience with fleet management systems, advanced safety technologies
