What You'll Achieve.
Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patients and staff; Ensure continuity of service; Foster a positive work environment; Ensure continuity and coordination of services
Industry & Context.
Travels between 30 off-site locations, May be expected to work at various department sites for coverage and due to business need, Must be 21 years of age, Must have excellent driving record, Must be able to operate vehicles in all weather and driving conditions, Abides by all traffic laws, Represent SH in a professional manner, Drug-free workplace, MMR, Varicella, Tdap, and Influenza vaccine requirement if in an on-site or hybrid workplace category
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High School Diploma or equivalent, 6 months of relevant experience public service and or customer service experience in a hotel, hospital, environmental services, or janitorial experience, Must be 21 years of age, Must have excellent driving record, LIC-Driver's License - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire
Nice to Have
6 months of relevant experience Leadership, CRT-Health Care Environmental Services Technician (CHEST) - AHE Association for the Healthcare Environment
What You'll Do.
and welcoming environment
Perform maintenance on hard floors
Train new and existing staff on cleaning procedures
and stock patient rooms
Dispose of linens and waste streams
Perform interim and restorative maintenance
and store equipment/supplies
and inspect employee work assignments
Complete quality assurance inspections
Pick up and deliver various materials
Ensure vehicle is ready for the following route
Advise supervisor of any repairs needed
and accurate delivery
Operate vehicles in all weather and driving conditions
Abide by all traffic laws
