Citizen, Able to obtain CAC Card, Experience driving professionally or in support of operations, logistics, or facilities, Knowledge of basic vehicle safety and maintenance practices, Ability to operate in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment, reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail, Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and passengers
Nice to Have
Prior experience supporting emergency response, HADR, construction, or base operations, Familiarity with Saipan or island driving conditions, Experience operating vehicles in austere or high-demand environments, Ability to support extended work hours as mission conditions require
What You'll Do.
Safely transport KBR personnel
government representatives
and supplies to and from operational sites across Saipan
Support daily operational movements including PMO activities
and mission support requirements
Operate a variety of vehicles (e. g.
light trucks) as required to meet mission needs
Support surge transportation requirements during peak operational periods or emergency tasking
Conduct pre- and post-operation vehicle inspections to ensure vehicles are safe
Perform basic preventive maintenance checks and coordinate servicing or repairs as required
Ensure vehicles are operated in accordance with KBR safety policies
local traffic regulations
and site-specific requirements
Maintain accountability for assigned vehicles
Coordinate closely with PMO and operations personnel to support daily schedules and priority movements
Maintain flexibility to support short-notice tasking and changing operational timelines
Communicate effectively regarding delays
or route challenges that may impact mission execution
Maintain a safety mindset at all times
including adherence to speed limits
and defensive driving practices
Represent KBR professionally when interacting with personnel
and the local community

**Title:** Driver ( Contingency ) **Position Summary** The Driver supports KBR’s Saipan Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Response (HADR) mission by providing safe, reliable transportation of personnel, equipment, and supplies across the island in support of ongoing operations. Operating under the direction of the onsite Program Management Office (PMO) and Operations leadership, this role is essential to maintaining operational tempo, personnel movement, and logistical continuity in a disaster response environment. The Driver must be adaptable, safety-focused, and capable of operating in high-tempo, austere conditions while supporting evolving operational needs. **Key Responsibilities** **Transportation & Operational Support** * Safely transport KBR personnel, government representatives, subcontractors, equipment, tools, and supplies to and from operational sites across Saipan. * Support daily operational movements including PMO activities, site visits, supply runs, and mission support requirements. * Operate a variety of vehicles (e.g., sedans, vans, SUVs, light trucks) as required to meet mission needs. * Support surge transportation requirements during peak operational periods or emergency tasking. **Vehicle Operations & Readiness** * Conduct pre- and post-operation vehicle inspections to ensure vehicles are safe, clean, and mission-ready. * Perform basic preventive maintenance checks and coordinate servicing or repairs as required. * Ensure vehicles are operated in accordance with KBR safety policies, local traffic regulations, and site-specific requirements. * Maintain accountability for assigned vehicles, keys, fuel cards, and documentation. **PMO & Operations Coordination** * Coordinate closely with PMO and operations personnel to support daily schedules and priority movements. * Maintain flexibility to support short-notice tasking and changing operational timelines. * Communicate effectively regarding delays, issues, or route challenges that may impact mi
