Must Have
Class or higher Commercial Driver’s license with air brakes endorsement
What You'll Do.
Safely operate a collection truck
courteous and complete waste removal services
Ensure vehicle compliance with safety standards
Adhere to all Company
state and federal regulations
Complete vehicle condition reports daily
Perform complete pre- and post-operation inspection of the vehicle
Report any safety issues on standard reports
Safely operate heavy truck along designated route
Follow map and service each customer
Operate manual and/or automatic controls
Operate compactor and dispose of collected material
Courteously interact with all customers
dispatchers and others
Identify unsatisfactory waste containers and tag containers
Continuously monitor waste for evidence of unacceptable waste
Clean area around an accidental waste spill
Continuously monitor the condition of the vehicle
Minimize down clean waste from the packer blade
Complete required route/productivity sheets
VCRs and other reports
Maintain adherence to required productivity standards
Follow all required safety policies and procedures
Actively participate in the Company’s ReSOP program
Perform other job-related duties as assigned
