What You'll Achieve.
providing prompt, courteous and complete waste removal services for customers; ensures that any vehicle defects are repaired in a timely manner; ensure tire pressure, fluid levels, safety equipment, gauges, and controls are in proper working order; ensure all customer routes are serviced in a timely and professional manner; ensure it is operationally ready at all times; ensure all customers are serviced in a timely and efficient manner; meet and exceed customer expectations; achieve all goals; generate profitable growth; safely and sustainably manage our customers’ multiple waste streams; meet the increasing needs of our customers; help customers safely manage their most technical waste streams; meet the growing demand for sustainable packaging

safely operating a collection truck, ensuring his or her vehicle is in compliance with the Company’s safety standards, ensures that all Company, state and federal regulations are adhered to at all times, minimizes down clean waste from the packer blade and truck body, adherence to required productivity standards, promotes the Company’s safety, does not take inappropriate risks
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Class or higher Commercial Driver’s license with air brakes endorsement
What You'll Do.
Safely operate collection truck
Provide waste removal services
Ensure vehicle compliance with safety standards
Adhere to state and federal regulations
Complete daily vehicle condition reports
Perform vehicle inspections
Operate heavy truck on designated route
Service customers as assigned
Operate controls to lift and load refuse
Dispose of collected material
Interact with customers and dispatchers
Service routes timely and professionally
Identify and tag unsatisfactory waste containers
Monitor waste for unacceptable materials
Clean accidental waste spills
Monitor vehicle condition
Clean packer blade and truck body
Complete required reports
Maintain productivity standards
Follow safety policies and procedures
Participate in ReSOP program
Perform other job-related duties
