What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High school diploma or GED, Candidate must meet all requirements for handling DEA regulated waste, Clean driving record, Ability to follow procedures
Nice to Have
One or more years related experience preferred, Knowledge OSHA Regulations, Proficiency with Windows based programs (i. e. Excel and Word), Ability to operate a powered industrial truck, e. g. , forklift, attention to detail
What You'll Do.
Assist driver with onsite segregation of waste and packaging and videotaping and destruction of DEA Controls
Act as a witness at customer locations where DEA controlled substances are involved
Ride along with a CDL Driver to assist with duties at their stops
Video the destruction process of DEA controlled substances and upload video into employer system
Load containers and supplies to truck for daily service stops
May assist in maintaining inventory and storage of hazardous materials in accordance with appropriate regulations and policies
Follow all Health & Safety/Job Safety Analysis (JSA's) procedures as outlined in procedures and policies
Complete paperwork legibly
and in a timely manner
Performs related work and additional duties as requested or assigned by supervisor/manager
Drive non-DOT regulated vehicle to customer sites to witness regulated waste collection as needed
