We are now hiring Driver Apprentice Class A Drivers in **Tracy, California.** **Driving with Blue Line Distribution:** * Starting pay is at $28.19 per hour with overtime after 40 hours. * Average 40-50 hours/week. * Coverage area is Northern California, Southern Oregon, and West Nevada. * Center runs Monday night through Saturday morning. Generally, a 4-day work week with your weekends off. Mixture of local and overnight routes. 2 routes are overnight. * Routes dispatched between 10:00pm and 5:00am. * Lift-gate, electric pallet jack or cart/ramp for easier use of unloading into stores. **Why Blue Line:** * Weekly home time. * Three weeks of PTO. * Aggressive per diem, meal allowance, and corporate lodging program available * 401k – with Company Match * Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance, Etc. * State of the art equipment leased through Penske. * Family oriented atmosphere that promotes growth from within. **Who You Are:** * Under 1 year of Class A driving experience * No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years. * No more than 1 DOT preventable accident in the past 3 years. All accidents will be reviewed. * Must be able to pass DOT pre-employment drug screen, DOT physical, and road test. * Direct Store Delivery experience preferred. * Registered to the FMCSA Clearing House.
