Drive systems function engineer with focus on “Electric Vehicle Range Assist” ·        Lead the development, implementation, and validation of Electric Vehicle Range Assist features ·        Collaborate across multiple domains (e.g., E-Drive powertrain, energy management, user interface, navigation etc.) to ensure cohesive system integration ·        Conduct benchmark analysis of competitive vehicles with a focus on E-drive and hybrid-drive features. ·        Develop validation and release plans for EVRA functions, ensuring full compliance with internal quality processes and standards ·        Drive the creation of requirements specifications, use-case definitions, and function models ·        Support simulation and testing of EVRA functions ·        Apply project management skills to manage timelines, deliverables, risk assessments, and stakeholder communication ·        Interface with suppliers and external partners as needed to support feature development and validation Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and system quality   Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field Working experience in automotive or telematics development, preferably focused on: BEV / PHEV / REEV architecture Energy/consumption/charging management Navigation or ADAS-related E-drive feature development System testing, data analysis, and automation Experience using calibration tools such as ETAS INCA, CANape, and standard automotive measurement equipment Familiarity with model-based development, e.g., MATLAB/Simulink Good understanding of vehicle electrical systems, E/E architectures, and communication protocols (CAN, LIN, etc.) Proficiency in interpreting and developing system requirements, use cases, and functional specifications Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal   Preferred Skills and Competencies: Customer-oriented thinking with a focus on delivering high-va
