Are you looking for a role where you can combine technical expertise with customer‑facing impact? **Partner with the best** As an Application Engineer, you will support the North America Offshore Drill Bits organization by delivering technical insights, applications analysis, and product recommendations that drive performance and revenue. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, and Technology teams to optimize bit selection, support field execution, and contribute to new product development. You will also provide repair approvals and technical support to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction. As an Application Engineer, you will be responsible for: Partnering with field operations and sales to deliver technical value and performance insights to customers Providing post‑sales technical support, including performance reviews, run analysis, and customer troubleshooting Conducting detailed applications analysis to optimize bit selection and drilling performance Approving drill bit repairs and ensuring compliance with technical standards Collaborating with Technology teams to support new product development, testing, and launch activities Documenting and communicating technical findings to internal stakeholders and customers Supporting field operations with technical recommendations and best practices Promoting strong customer relationships through professional communication and service quality **Fuel your passion ** To be successful in this role you will: Have a bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited university or college Bring 4+ years of technical field experience, preferably in drilling or drill bits Demonstrate strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills Be able to show the ability to analyze and resolve technical problems in fast‑paced environments Have experience leading programs or projects with cross‑functional teams Be able to document, p
