Community Leadership & Engagement** * Empower and support the community structure and its designated leaders. * Align operations with company policies, programs, and performance targets. * Act as the primary liaison between management and the community to ensure operational synergy. * Disseminate official updates and directives with clarity and consistency. **2\. Community Support & Case Handling** * Resolve community concerns with speed, empathy, and professionalism. * Streamline assistance requests by coordinating effectively with relevant departments. * Synthesize community feedback into actionable insights for the management team. **4\.
