Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related field, Experience with EFA, PFA, Process, wafer-level testing, burn-in, reliability, test program development, Understanding of semiconductor devices and DRAM fundamentals, Data-driven problem-solving skills, Good understanding of IC build and semiconductor devices, Basic programming capability, Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and global teams

Hands-on experience with LPDDR or DRAM product engineering, Familiarity with LPDDR architecture and JEDEC specifications, Knowledge of Process, Probe test (wafer level), burn-in boards, burn-in systems, or stress test hardware, Experience with semiconductor test flows, Familiarity with probe (wafer level) and backend test flows, Experience supporting NPI ramps and manufacturing scale-up, Background in VLSI, Semiconductor Physics, or Nanotechnology, Japanese language capability

Full Job Description
**Our vision is to transform how the world uses information to enrich life for _all_. ** Micron Technology is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions that accelerate the transformation of information into intelligence, inspiring the world to learn, communicate and advance faster than ever. **Responsibilities** * Product Engineering for Low Power DRAM (LPDDR) products supporting Mobile, Automotive, and Data Center applications * Develop and maintain test flows to improve yield and quality throughout NPI and HVM phases. * Perform failure analysis through data mining, tester analysis, and silicon characterization. * Drive and implement root cause fixes in collaboration with Circuit Design and Fab Process teams. * Validate circuit functionality and electrical performance across different operating conditions. * Support NPI activities, including bringup, characterization, and cross-site handover. **Required Skills** * Experience with EFA, PFA, Process, wafer-level testing, burn-in, reliability, test program development. * Understanding of semiconductor devices and DRAM fundamentals. * Data-driven problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze yield, reliability, and test data. * Good understanding of IC build and semiconductor devices. * Basic programming capability. * Experience in test data analysis automation or scripting is highly desirable * Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and global teams * Familiarity with LPDDR architecture and JEDEC specifications is a strong plus **Preferred Skills** * Hands-on experience with LPDDR or DRAM product engineering. * Knowledge of Process, Probe test (wafer level), burn-in boards, burn-in systems, or stress test hardware. * Experience with semiconductor test flows. * Familiarity with probe (wafer level) and backend test flows. * Experience supporting NPI ramps and manufacturing scale-up. **CrossFunctional Collaboration** * Partner closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Marketing organizati
