BESIX Watpac is seeking a Draftsperson to be part our Engineering Solutions team where you will develop and communicate advanced engineering and construction methodology studies as well as drafting design concepts for projects. This opportunity is a fixed term contract for a maternity leave cover till end of January 2028. This role will be responsible for: * Support the in-house engineering team in developing complex methodologies, sequencing plans, temporary works, and detailed 2D and 3D structural designs. * Contribute to tender submissions by preparing methodologies, installation strategies, 3D visualisations, and cranage and logistics plans. * Assist the Digital Engineering Lead in enhancing REVIT capabilities, including template development, database management, family creation, and drawing tools. * Maintain high standards of quality assurance and ensure effective project document control across all deliverables. ## Qualifications The incumbent in this role will require: * Experience in a similar role using REVIT and AutoCAD, preferably in building structures or engineering projects. * Ability to communicate, influence and build effective relationships at all levels of the external and internal business environment. * Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and a methodical / technical approach is essential. ## Additional Information Along with a competitive remunerati
