Must Have
oral and written communication skills, including the ability to follow written and oral instructions, Advanced math and analytical skills, Excellent organizational and time management skills, Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite, Proficient in the use of Inventor and AutoCAD software, the constant and consistent exercise of intellect, judgment and ability commensurate with technical positions in similar industries or situations
Nice to Have
Associates degree from an accredited program in a related field or Equivalent education and/or experience
What You'll Do.
preparing and completing relatively complex drafting and detailing tasks to support fabrication of pressure vessels and modular skids
Draws P&ID in AutoCAD with all proper tagging
Creates detailed isometric fabrication drawings and 3D model in Autodesk Inventor
Creates detailed Lay- Out and structural fabrication drawings in Autodesk Inventor
Creates detailed Vessel fabrication drawings in Autodesk Inventor
Creates a complete bill of materials for all vessels
structural and piping components
Performs relatively complex drafting tasks in preparing various 3D-drawings of intricately designed parts and assemblies/prepares several views
Makes mathematics computations using standard formulas/calculates dimensions
allowances and technical specifications
Recognizes needs for and performs simple computer design customization
Interacts with engineering and project managers to determine revisions required
or the establishment of new drawing specifications
Works independently under limited supervision
Receives guidance on complex problems
Knows and complies with all safety policies and procedures
Contributes to the department’s continuous improvement culture
Maintains confidentiality of all matters
Other duties as required
