Associate degree or High School Diploma / GED, Willing to travel up to 60% of the time, Able to lift minimum of 65 lbs, 2+ years performing extensive repairs and conversions as well as maintenance and repair work to aircraft engine and/or propeller systems, Pass a non-DOT drug test, Pass a background check
Nice to Have
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university, High School Diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of Aviation experience in a Field Service or Maintenance position, oral and written communication skills, interpersonal and leadership skills, Proven analytical and continuous improvement mindset, Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment, Ability to interface at all levels of the organization, both internally and externally
What You'll Do.
Provide technical direction and assistance to customer
Provide on-site interpretation of data
Provide Project Engineering with program status
Communicate program activities and problems
and communicate market intelligence
Assist customer in scheduling maintenance
Ensure parts meet established schedules
Make recommendations on findings
Review effectiveness of maintenance actions
Anticipate requirements beyond program
Perform intermediate and depot level maintenance
Repair and maintenance of propeller system
