Nice to Have
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university, High School Diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of Aviation experience in a Field Service or Maintenance position, oral and written communication skills, interpersonal and leadership skills, Proven analytical and continuous improvement mindset, Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment, Ability to interface at all levels of the organization, both internally and externally

Provide technical direction and assistance to customer
