High school diploma required, Ability to lift up to 35 pounds, Valid driver’s license

What You'll Do.
Assist in creating a compassionate
and positive experience
Support the Project Manager and Team Lead
Complete all facets of move management services
Support accurate and compassionate execution of client projects
Provide hands-on service to clients
Follow customized Move Plans and timelines
Support on-site execution
Prepare for projects by reviewing job details
Maintain ongoing communication in the project feed
Provide the highest level of client service
Assist clients in determining which items to keep
Support clients through emotionally sensitive decisions
Provide sorting services prior to the move
Professionally pack client belongings
Prepare items for transport
Coordinate with movers
Assist with unpacking and settling into new homes
placement of belongings
Drive 14-ft ProMaster High-Roof Van safely
Load and unload supplies
and client property safely
Accurately document required project information
Maintain clear communication with leadership
Provide feedback and insights to leadership
Support development of new Downsizing Specialists
Complete required training programs
Participate in team meetings
Participate in collaborative planning sessions
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work with a team of other Specialists; Partner with the Downsizing Manager and Team Lead; Maintain clear communication with the Downsizing Manager and Lead Specialist; Participate in team meetings and collaborative planning sessions; Support development of new Downsizing Specialists with shadowing and learning opportunities
Communication Scope
Clear verbal and written communication skills; Communicate clearly, compassionately, and professionally with clients and family members
Process & Methodology
Utilize project management tools, Implement customized Move Plans and timelines, Manage project timelines
