Industry & Context.
Must be able to remain outside in all conditions, Physically capable of being on a bike and wear protective equipment for the entire lesson, Ability to shovel snow and walk on steep and uneven surfaces
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Must be able to ride at an advanced level, Comfortable with downhill terrain, jumps, and drops, Must have a passion for Mt. Biking and the mountain environment, Must be able to work outside in all conditions, Applicants must own their own riding equipment. This includes a full-faced helmet. elbow and knee pads.
Nice to Have
International Mountain Bicycling Association (IMBA) or Professional Mountain Bike Instructors (PMBI) certification or background working with and organizing groups, CPR and first aid, Previous experience or coaching
What You'll Do.
Teach Mt. Biking to all ages
Deliver exciting lessons
Provide students with a positive learning experience
Display decision-making skills for a safe environment
Ensure well-being of students
Teach mountain bike maintenance and safety
Attend designated trainings
Remain outside in all weather conditions

Work in a group environment within the department and the mountain; Develop a working partnership with guests; Take direction and instruction from lead personnel
