It unites us, inspires us, and challenges us to be better every day, driven by our agile, performance-focused culture. **Key responsibilities** * 全面负责抖音自营直播业务整体经营与战略落地，对GMV、毛利、ROI、费用、人效等全链路P&L指标全权负责。 * 统筹直播间运营+短视频内容+流量投放+店铺基建+客服售后+供应链协同全模块，搭建组织架构、SOP、数据体系与考核机制。 * 深度研究抖音算法、平台政策、千川投放与行业趋势，制定爆款打法与差异化竞争策略，驱动业务持续增长。 * 负责跨部门协同与资源统筹，决策重大投入、节奏、风险与危机处理，保障业务稳定高效。 * 搭建核心人才梯队，人才梯队建设与文化打造，建立一个高战斗力团队。 **Qualifications and skills** * 本科及以上学历，3年以上抖音电商全盘操盘经验，具备从0→1搭建项目、1→100规模化盈利的完整成功案例，有千万级GMV、可验证P&L经营结果优先。 * 具备强经营意识与损益管控能力，精通直播电商全链路：直播运营、短视频引流、千川投放、店铺运营、用户运营、成本与毛利管理；深度理解抖音算法与平台规则。 * 优秀的团队管理、战略拆解、项目管控、跨部门协同能力；能够同时管理直播团队、内容团队并对齐目标；极强决策力、危机处理与风险控制能力。 * 素养与特质：数据驱动、结果导向，高韧性、抗压性极强、实时敏捷；具备敏锐市场洞察、快速迭代能力与强烈的责任心。 **Job Posting End Date** 2026-06-19 ## **Equal Opportunities** Haleon are committed to mobilising our purpose in a way that represents the diverse consumers and communities who rely on our brands every day.
