Must Have
Experience in a care or dementia setting, Level 2/3 qualification in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)

Assist residents with personal care
Support residents at mealtimes

Answer emergency calls
Work with Domiciliary Care Manager
Work with external professionals

Work with the Domiciliary Care Manager; Work with other external professionals such as GPs, Chiropodists, Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists
